You can buy online from Eleganza at any time of the day or night by adding your selection to the shopping bag and completing your payment and contact details - (1) Buying Online.
You can also telephone an order on 0845 833 0423 (BT local call rate) between 9am - 6pm, Monday – Saturday, using an accepted debit or credit card - (2) Telephone Orders.
(1) Buying Online
To purchase an item, simply add it to your shopping bag.
Start by choosing an item of clothing or accessory and then select the size, quantity and colour to add to your shopping bag. If you need to amend your order, click on the remove box and update the bag before continuing.
When you have finished shopping, fill in the secure online buying form including your email address to receive confirmation of your order.
Eleganza uses PayPal – an independent secure payments system - so that your confidential financial information is not seen or collected by us. With PayPal your financial information is protected with security and fraud prevention systems.
Following completion of your transaction you will receive an email confirming your order.
(2) Telephone Orders
You can telephone an order on 0845 833 0423 (BT local call rate) between 9am - 6pm, Monday – Saturday using an accepted debit or credit card.
We take your card details over the phone and process as a 'customer not present transaction'. Your receipts are included with your order and your card details are destroyed - we do not keep these records.
Our 'no-fuss returns' policy means that if for any reason you are not completely satisfied return the receipts with the item, in its original condition with the tags attached, within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund.
