How To Buy » Delivery & Returns

 
Dispatch and Delivery

We pack and dispatch all orders received before 1pm on the same day, and on the next working day for orders received after 1pm.  Online orders received on Saturday & Sunday are dispatched on Monday.  We dispatch to UK, Europe, North America, Australasia & other parts of the world. 
 
Deliveries in the UK  - we use Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery as our standard delivery which requires a signature when your parcel is delivered.  We will confirm dispatch by e-mail which will include a Royal Mail tracking code to allow you to check progress at any time.  Some more remote destinations in the UK take a little longer and we will advise you by e-mail if this is the case, but your delivery should always be achieved within 3 working days.
 
Special Offers, SALE items and exchange items are usually sent by Second Class Recorded Delivery and may take a little longer.  At certain times of peak demand dispatch may be delayed but in all cases will be completed within 5 working days. Royal Mail disputes may also delay dispatch for which we cannot be responsible.
 
Delivery before 9am on a weekday and on Saturday before 1pm or if you wish to schedule delivery for a specific day this can be arranged for an £8.95 charge, but you will need to contact us via email or telephone 0845 833 0423 (UK local rate) to organise this.
 
Please let us know if the delivery address is different from your billing address.

You will receive an email confirming your order but please note that we are not able to alter your order once it has been confirmed or to cancel the order once it has been dispatched to you, but we do have a no-fuss returns policy for your convenience providing items are returned in their original condition within 14 days (please see Returns Policy below for details).
 
We will contact you if there are any delays or we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason.  Please note that we cannot be responsible for delays that occur with Customs clearance outside the EU.  If you are concerned about your order please do not hesitate to Contact Us or by telephoning 0845 833 0423 (UK local rate)
 
You will need to provide a signature to Royal Mail confirm safe receipt.  If you are not at home, then Royal Mail will leave a card with details of when and where to the item(s) may be collected.
Deliveries outside the UK - wherever possible we use Royal Mail Airsure which tracks your delivery, otherwise airmail.  If the current disruption continues surface mail will be used while air transport is not feasible.  
 
Returns
 
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return any item to us in its original condition with the tags attached within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund. We make every effort to accommodate an exchange request, but this does depend on product availability which we cannot always guarantee.
 
When returning an item please ensure that you have adequate insurance and proof of posting as The Eleganza Clothing Collection cannot be responsible for goods returned by you.  Instructions for return and a return label will be enclosed with your order. If you return an item for exchange, you will not be charged for replacement post and packing. Please allow up to 15 working days once you have returned your parcel for a refund to be credited. Delivery & Returns
