Payment
Secure payment is handled through PayPal for online purchases. 
We are able to accept payment by credit/debit card for telephone orders:
Visa/Delta/Electron
MasterCard/Eurocard
Switch/Maestro
Solo

All credit/debit card sales are subject to the usual authorisation.  Two receipts will be issued, one for the card transaction as 'Customer not present' and a purchase receipt for the goods.

Prices
All prices quoted are in pounds sterling, inclusive of VAT at the current rate. The delivery charge, including postage and packaging is calculated at the point of checkout.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information provided, we cannot be held responsible for any minor changes made by the manufacturers.

Returns/Order Cancellation
You are able to cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you also have the right to cancel and return any part of your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Provided the returned goods reach us in good condition, unworn with all the tags attached, you will receive a full refund for the returned items. However, the cost of returning such goods is payable by you. Please ensure any such returns are correctly labelled, using the label provided by us, and packed sufficiently.

 

Notification of any damaged items received, shortages or any other discrepancy with your order should be received by us within 7 days of delivery (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). We will immediately acknowledge receipt of your communication, and contact you to discuss how best to resolve the problem, at no additional cost to you.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds on the following:
- items returned after 14 days, under any circumstances.
- damaged items not notified to us within 7 days of receipt (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)

 

Please note that the above may be subject to review, and Eleganza Clothing reserves the right to alter terms and conditions at any future date.

None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
